Owner

The owner cog introduces commands to add running docker containers as game servers.

Addserver Command

> Usage /addserver {name, game, version, docker_name, ip, description} Assigns current channel to a docker gameserver instance. Additionally, adds a dictionary to the Guilds entry for that channel.

Not all catches currently implemented, use with caution.
